Visitors with tickets can arrive at any time from when we open at 10.00am and the ticket is valid all day to 3pm.

Otter feeding will take place at 11.30am, and 2pm these are the best times to see and enjoy the otters.

Prices are as follows:

Adult: £10.95

Senior Citizen: £9.95

Child: £7.95 (under 3's are free)

Itinerary

We open at 10am and your ticket is valid from this time until we close at 3pm.

Best times for "otter action" are the feeding times at 11.30am and 2pm.

What to bring

Please bring your ticket on your mobile phone to present at reception when you arrive.

Cancellation - Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your visit, but are non-refundable for cancellations within this period or no-shows on the day. Please email contact@ottersandbutterflies.co.uk for any queries or amendments to your booking.

Hand Sanitiser - Will be available across the sanctuary, please ensure you are regularly using this.
